Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyShot ("the app"), an iOS application developed and published by Stevo Lukic, an independent developer based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, operating under the trade name Maggiesoft ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using EasyShot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use EasyShot on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where expressly permitted by applicable law
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the app to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party

3. Intellectual property

EasyShot, including its source code, design, branding, icon, and all related materials, is and remains the intellectual property of Stevo Lukic. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the app to you.

All video recordings, audio, and other content you create using EasyShot remain entirely yours. We do not claim any rights to content you produce with the app. Because EasyShot processes everything on your device and transmits nothing, we never have access to your recordings.

4. One-time purchase

EasyShot is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases. The purchase price is paid once and grants you the license described in Section 1 indefinitely, subject to these Terms.

Refunds are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store under Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

EasyShot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the app is compatible with every iOS configuration. Video recording quality, export behavior, and device performance depend on your specific hardware, available storage, and iOS version.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stevo Lukic, Maggiesoft, or any affiliated party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of recordings, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the app.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase the app.

We strongly recommend backing up important recordings to iCloud or another storage location outside the app, as we cannot recover content lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other causes.

7. Apple App Store terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Stevo Lukic, not between you and Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall apply to the extent of that conflict.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will note the change in the app's release notes on the App Store. Your continued use of the app after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
