This Privacy Policy explains how EasyShot ("the app") handles your information. EasyShot is a paid iOS camera application developed and published by Stevo Lukic, an independent developer based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, operating under the trade name Maggiesoft.

This policy is written in plain language and is intentionally short, because EasyShot collects no personal data.

1. What data EasyShot collects

None. EasyShot does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Specifically, EasyShot does not:

• Require an account or user registration
• Include any analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking
• Include any crash reporting services
• Include any advertising networks or tracking SDKs
• Contact any remote servers operated by us or by third parties

All video recordings created with EasyShot remain on your device. Exports are saved directly to your device's Photos library. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

2. Permissions the app requests

EasyShot requests the following iOS permissions, each used only for the stated purpose:

• Camera. Required to capture video.
• Microphone. Required to capture audio for your recordings.
• Photos (Add Only). Required to save exported videos to your Photos library.

These permissions are processed on your device by iOS. EasyShot does not transmit the content captured through these permissions to any external service.

3. Third parties

EasyShot does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics providers, advertising networks, or data processors.

The only third party involved in your use of EasyShot is Apple, which processes your purchase of the app through the App Store under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive any identifying information about purchasers from Apple beyond anonymized sales reports.

4. Children

EasyShot is rated for general audiences and does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app can be used by anyone permitted to install it under Apple's App Store terms without any data being collected or processed.

5. Your rights under GDPR and similar laws

Because EasyShot collects no personal data, most rights granted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar laws are automatically satisfied. There is no data to access, rectify, export, or delete, because we hold none.

6. Changes to this policy
